Orders & Custom Engraving

Can I return a custom engraved piece?
Each engraved piece is made uniquely for you - which means we’re unable to accept returns unless something is wrong with the item. We hope you understand the care behind this policy.

Can I change my engraving after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet (typically within 12 hours), reach out via our contact page and we’ll do what we can.

Is any engraving allowed?
We welcome personal, thoughtful messages. However, we reserve the right to decline engravings that contain offensive or harmful content.


The Card

What is written on the card that comes with the product?
Each piece comes with a small card tucked inside the packaging.
For pieces with Islamic inspiration or context, the card says:
"You are in my du‘a and intention." (in both English and Arabic)
For all other pieces, it reads:
"What is given with the heart never fades."

Can I add a personal message on the card?
Yes, you can. While we launch this feature, you’re welcome to email us at nessarase@gmail.com with your order number and message right after placing your order.

How is the packaging presented?
Your jewelry arrives in a beautifully wrapped gift box, made from eco-friendly, FSC® certified materials, and also includes a personal gift.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order in 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on where you are:

  • Sweden: 2–5 days

  • Europe: 3–7 days

  • UK & USA: 4–9 days

  • Canada, Australia, NZ: 6–12 days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

  • €6.90 to EU, UK, USA

  • €10.90 to Canada, Australia, New Zealand

  • Free shipping worldwide on orders over €60

Where do you ship from?
We ship from the EU and the USA, orders are fulfilled at the closest facility for faster shipping.


Materials & Care

What are your products made of?
We use high-quality stainless steel as a base, with optional premium 18K gold or rose gold plating. Make sure you choose your desired finish when adding the item to your cart.

Are your jewelry nickel-free?
Yes. Our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
They are also tarnish-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.

Will the plating last forever?
Plating naturally wears over time. With proper care - avoiding moisture, chemicals and perfumes - your piece will stay beautiful longer.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.


Payments & Returns

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Klarna, major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept NESSARA gift cards.

What if I need to return something?
If the item is faulty, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return costs.

Can I return one item from a bundle (like 3-for-2)?
Yes - but please note that the discount will be recalculated accordingly if part of the bundle is returned.


Purpose & Giving Back

Do you really donate part of your profits?
Yes. Giving back is at the heart of NESSARA. We donate 10% of all profits - and 100% of profits from the Freedom Collection - to support the Palestinian cause.
We choose to give in ways that preserve impact. Rather than routing support through large global organizations, we seek out smaller, more direct channels - so that help reaches the hands it was meant for, with as little distance as possible.

Can I suggest where within the Palestinian cause NESSARA should give?
Absolutely. If you know of trusted local initiatives, organizations, or people doing meaningful work on the ground, feel free to reach out. We’re always open to insight from our community.
