Shipping time (after production)

• EU: 1–10 business days (e.g. Netherlands 1–2, Germany 2–3, Sweden 3–6)

• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days

• United States: 2–5 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
All times are approximate and may vary due to holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen delays. Should there be an issue with your uploaded file, we will reach out to you before fulfilling the order. 

Shipping cost

• €6.90 flat rate within the EU, UK, and USA
• €10.90 flat rate to Canada, Australia and New Zeeland 
• Free shipping on all orders over €60

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs & import taxes

Orders within the EU ship without additional fees.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
