These terms exist to protect both you and us.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below.


Orders

Each NESSARA piece is made with intention. Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders in case of errors, suspected misuse or fraud.


Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay and Swish.
Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless other local currency is stated.
Gift cards may be used for purchases or refunds.


Custom orders

All engraved or personalized items are final sale.
Because they’re made just for you, they cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once the order is placed.

We reserve the right to reject engraving requests containing offensive or inappropriate language.


Shipping

We ship from within the EU and the US.
Standard shipping within the EU costs €6.90.
Orders over €60 ship for free.

Delivery times vary by destination, ranging from 2–10 business days in Europe and 5–15 internationally.
Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated timeframes per country and a mire detailed price list.
Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

You may return non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us first.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item, we will cover the return shipping.

Custom-made items (including engraved pieces) cannot be returned or refunded.

If you return an item that was part of a promotion (such as “Buy 3, pay for 2”), we reserve the right to adjust the refund accordingly.
For example:
If you purchased 3 items and got the third one for free, but decide to return one, the remaining items will be charged at their regular price — and the refund will reflect that.

Warranty & product care

We offer a 30-day warranty for any manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or wear over time.

Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly in color or detail. Images are for reference only.

Our items are crafted in high-quality stainless steel - some pieces are left uncoated, others are finished with a layer of 18K gold or rose gold plating.
While stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnish and wear, plated surfaces require more care to stay beautiful over time.

To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes and lotions
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering or exercising
  • Store it in a dry place

Please note that natural fading or softening of plated finishes may occur over time, especially with frequent wear. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be handled in accordance with Swedish consumer protection regulations.
