But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Standard returns
You are welcome to return non-customized items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

You must contact us before sending anything back
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
Custom pieces
Please note: All personalized or engraved items are final sale.
Since they are made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order is placed.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or if we made a mistake with engraving or production – please reach out.
We take full responsibility for errors on our side and will make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for incorrect or faulty items, or store credit if the same piece is no longer available.
